Not at all, the results we get from Recreate in 8 are primarily down to the nutritional guidance we give. Of course training at a gym helps, but it's not the main part of the process, so don’t worry if you don’t want to go to the gym, both gym and home workouts will be provided.

Question 2: I’m a fussy eater, do you tell me what to eat?

Nope. You are in 100% control of what food you eat. We give you all the help you need, once you’ve told us what foods you love eating. Oh and don’t worry, you won’t be told to eat anything you don’t enjoy, the more you enjoy the more consistent you will be.

Question 3: Do I have to track my food?

Yeah, because it’s the easiest way for us to gauge how much you’re eating and help you achieve your goals in the quickest time frame possible.

Question 4: Can you guarantee me results if I sign up?

No, signing up won’t guarantee you get results. You will get out of this process what you put into it. If you put effort in and follow the guidelines, you'll get amazing results. But don't expect to just hand over your money and weight to just magically fall off with zero effort. To be honest, that won't happen with ANY nutrition program.
